We having Opening for "Associate Vice President- HR" for Leading Finance Company.

Location: Delhi

Job Description:

- Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization

- Function as a strategic partner by linking all the HR strategies with business strategy and main stream of Organization.

- Recruit and hire personnel for all positions in compliance with corporate objectives and budget guidelines and with the goal of hiring optimal talent.

- Maintain vendor relationship with brokers and insurance companies, coordinating change implementation, resolving issues and interpreting policy

- Maintain vendor relationship with brokers and insurance companies, coordinating change implementation, resolving issues and interpreting policy

- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs

- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization

- Candidate with Banking & Financial Background will first preferred
