We are a 6 year young recruitment search firm with a global reach named ArCent. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs and CMM level companies. We have multiple opportunities with one of India's leading private life insurance companies offering life insurance policies, term insurance plans, health insurance, pension plans etc.

We are looking at candidates who have experience in GROUP SALES in Life Insurance OR any Insurance Sector Only. Sale of life insurance products for company pensions, employee benefits etc

Description of Responsibility :

- 12 years of Experience in Institutional Sales of which, atleast 5 years of experience in leading a sales team in the insurance/ finance industry.

- Past records of achievement of ambitious sales targets and high levels of performance.

- Ability to conceive, develop and implement business plans with the purpose of accomplishing short and long term goals.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business, Increase wallet share.

- Build client engagement / relationship with key stakeholders

- Play an integral role in new business opportunities. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business

- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales

- Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients.

Competencies Required:

- Manage Sales and Profitability targets for an assigned Region.

- Manage a team of RMs and KAMs towards achieving Regional targets through:

- Acquisition of new business

- 100% retention and development of existing clientele

- Business planning and strategy towards achievement of business objectives for an assigned region.

- Provide key strategic inputs to the Zonal Manager and the HoD.

- Constant Review and Monitoring of team members towards achievement of objectives.

- Drive the established SMP

- Lead and motivate the team to provide a competitive and high morale environment.

- Manage relationships with corporate clients at a senior delegate level to develop and expand business opportunity.

- Ensure implementation of company policies and guidelines.

CTC as per industry norms.
