Associate Vice President/Deputy Vice President - Strategy - BFS

Job Role - 

- Work with senior leadership, to coordinate the development of the company's overall business strategy; facilitate strategy discussions with senior leadership; recommendations and options relating to the company's strategic direction and positioning, and how to best respond to short and long-term threats and opportunities

- Enhance, implement and manage the company's 1-5 year strategic planning processes; work with all areas of the organization to develop high quality strategic plans that align with the overall corporate strategic direction, and are aligned across the organization; provide information, input and internal consulting to all functions and operating units to assist them with strategic plan development

- In conjunction with Finance, assist in the development of annual company objectives and targets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy; assist with the tracking and monitoring of progress against these targets, and provide recommendations to drive greater organizational alignment and improved business performance

- Lead internal project teams to perform deep analysis of issues of strategic importance to the company, and develop recommended actions to respond to opportunities or threats that are identified

- Develop presentations and other related content for senior management presentations on strategy issues & Realignment of processes to meet industry benchmarks. Help the organisation to maintain technological process by constantly looking at competitors

- Lead & drive KS engagement with external stakeholders for identifying new business opportunities and delivering optimum throughput. Accountable for achieving ROI through assigned relationships across such opportunities.
