The Associate / Deputy Vice President of Business Marketing and Communications leads planning and implementation entire campaign on Business & Product - campaign management and execution of business and channel requirements. The individual will also lead the entire Corporate Communication for the organization.
This person strategically aligns activities; integrates the marketing communications, public relations, effectively manage strategy and execution, support business growth opportunities via marketing initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Leads marketing strategy, planning and project management of marketing activities for business growth
- Strategize and execute BTL campaigns (for both customers and channels)
- Co-own with the Creative Team, engage with vertical heads and stakeholders to develop and implement the marketing strategy
- Manages all inputs related to marketing strategy planning & development
- Leverages key partnerships to support marketing plans, communicate messaging, drive growth, and engage constituents
- Creates and manages standardized marketing and communication processes
- Handles the merchandize
- Lead marketing initiatives with engagement across functional departments
- Develops and manages the annual marketing operating plan and budget, captures program expenses and ROI and ensures budget performance and management
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree
- 8+ years of experience in BFSI or related marketing & communications, and/or public relations agency or related area with an emphasis on marketing initiatives to support Business growth
- 2+ years of people management experience
Key Skills
- Strong written communications skills
- Strong idea generator, ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Experience in BFSI marketing and managing PR/Communications campaigns would be preferred
