Associate Vice President - Delivery - Testing - Insurance Domain

- Delivery Manager position requires excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Innovation aspect of Grid Dynamics demands extensive practical knowledge of efficient software engineering processes combined with an ability to adapt and learn quickly. Specific qualifications for the position include:

- 12+ years- experience in the Software Testing & Quality Assurance in Insurance Domain, Testing and Test management

- Must have: Knowledge of QA Automation (Java, Selenium). and/or integrating tests

- Knowledge of QA/QE metrics definition, collection and reporting to senior management.

- Must have: Knowledge of TDD and BDD

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering industry with at least 5 years in leadership or management positions.

- Knowledge of DevOps principles, hands on knowledge of building CICD pipelines

- Knowledge of Release management and change management

- Proven track record of creating and managing big globally distributed delivery teams

- Excellent understanding and practical experience with modern project management methodologies like Agile/ scrum/ Kanban and software engineering processes

- Track record of attracting and retaining top talent

- Excellent communication skills
