Associate Vice President - Corporate Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

- Creation of MIS and formulate Trackers for all businesses

- Provide analysis of current vs Forecast and highlight gaps to management

- Collaborate with business heads to achieve key business metrics around Revenue & Collection, Timely delivery and People

- Manage Board Reporting of key metrics

- Manage Investor MIS Reporting and Forecasting

- Drive Cost saving projects across the organization

- Provide Financial analysis for new business opportunities

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 and 2 institutes with 2-5 years of work experience.

- Experience in strategic planning, Financial Analysis and/or change management preferred

- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.

- Ability to travel as needed

- Strong communication skills
