Our services include Community Relations, Direct and Internal Communications, Brand Identity Development, Events and Seminars, Digital Marketing, amongst others.

Role Description: This is a full-time onsite role, located in Greater Delhi Area (Gurugram), as an AVP / VP Business Development. The role involves daily responsibilities such as finding and developing new markets and improving sales, maintaining a positive relationship with clients, and identifying business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the company's growth objectives.

- Identify and prioritize potential clients and market segments for business expansion.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine the company's approach.

Client Acquisition:

- Generate new leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their PR needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.

- Lead the sales process, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Foster a collaborative and goal-driven culture within the business development department.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns to promote the company's PR services.

- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build a network.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience working in Business Development or related field

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies

- Must have the skills of creating PPTs and presentation.

- Ability to work well with a team, as well as take initiative and work independently

- Problem-solving skills, ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and the tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Candidate from relevant industry will be preferred
