About Business Consulting & Research Practice :

- Consulting Services consist largely of strategic advice and implementation support to a wide variety of Policy Makers, Development Finance Institutions, Donors, and Corporations.

The Position :

The Associate Vice President will be a senior resource in the Business Consulting and Research Practice, and will be primarily tasked with Project Execution and Business Development. In addition, the candidate will work closely with the Associate Directors on realizing the strategic roadmap for Consulting team.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Build critical partnerships, raise funds, networking, Business Development

- Execution is the key

- Formulate strategic plan

- Team building and management

The Candidate :

You are a strong team leader and communicator, with a proven track record of project management, business development and working with multiple stakeholders. You are self-motivated and capable of out of the box thinking, as well as can inspire team members to think creatively to bring out results.

- An MBA from a reputed institute in India or abroad

- 8 -12 years of relevant experience, preferably with 5 years in a team management role and must have experience in strategic consulting

- Proven team building, interpersonal and networking, project management, execution and business Development skills

- Ability to work under pressure, straddle multiple deliverables

- Excellent communication skills and attitude necessary to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all management and personnel

- Ability to communicate effectively through presentations

- Excellent understanding of the impact investment / social enterprise space globally

- The position will require extensive travel within India, as well as internationally (on need basis).

- Excellent financial analysis and structured thinking capabilities

- Experience in at least one of the following sectors:

a) Financial Services

b) Energy

c) Healthcare

The Compensation :

- Compensation is commensurate with experience and comparable to remuneration in the sector. You will also be eligible for incentives and bonus payouts as and when applicable.
