POSITION - M6 - Associate Vice President (Analytics)

JOB ROLE :

- Drive insight driven customer engagement to deliver business through application of analytics /analytical Martech platforms 

- Should have managed the CASA/ TPP (MF/GI/LI/Trading etc.)business portfolio from a business analytics & consumer analytics perspective. Should have an understanding of consumer& business attributes.

- Ability to identify and recommend data driven strategy for business objectives.

- Excellent storytelling & presentation skills from huge set of data.

- Interact with data scientists for building analytical solutions towards objective of analytical business delivery.

- Interact with internal and external technology stakeholders for analytical business delivery.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders

- Incumbents should have experience in handling large and complex data sets (both internal & external) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies.

- He/ She should be comfortable working with heavy datasets and should have an analytical bent of mind.

- Identifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools& techniques (ex: SQL, Proc SQL, Python, SAS, Advance Excel etc.) which will help in data mining, prediction, improvement, and measure the success of key business outcomes.

- Responsible for identifying data requirements, data collection, data processing, data cleaning, and working on exploratory and Prescriptive data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniques.

- The role holder will be responsible for dashboards, data support, segmentation/scorecards, analytics and customer insights.

- Adhere to documented process and compliance requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

- At least 7-8 years of experience with Data analytics and business intelligence related roles, preferably in Banking / NBFC domain

- Candidate with exposure in CASA / Liability / TPP business analytics is preferred

- Self-Motivated and determined candidate with a zeal to handle large responsibilities and take initiatives.

- Ability to multi-task and managing competing priorities / workflow

- Ability to build relationship and effective stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication skills and a team player.

PERSONALITY TRAITS-

- Upto4-5 years of experience in analytics oriented roles. Experience in segmentation, scorecard & model building in CASA / TPP(MF, Insurance &Demat Trading Products) would be preferred.

- Self-driven individual with good communication and people management skills

- Experience in working with Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Macro & SQL.

- Experience in projects involving automation/data consolidation in the areas of analytics would be an advantage.

- Candidate must have good interpersonal & communication skills.

- Numerical skills - You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success of business initiatives.

- Individuals with competency in data and analytics with strong business drive.
