Job Description - As an Associate in Portfolio Value Creation at the global tech private equity firm (HQ in New York), you will be instrumental in driving value creation initiatives across our portfolio companies.

Leveraging your consulting background you will play a pivotal role in maximizing operational efficiency and strategic growth opportunities within their tech investments.

Description:

Strategic Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough analysis of portfolio companies to identify value creation opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and drive implementation plans.

Operational Optimization: Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency across key business functions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPI frameworks, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of value creation initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with investment professionals, functional experts, and external consultants to leverage expertise and resources in executing value creation strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously refine value creation approaches and drive innovation within the portfolio.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy, operations, or private equity advisory

- Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic problem-solving.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven track record of delivering impactful results, driving change initiatives, and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
