Associate - US Tax - CA/CPA

Job Description:

Skills and Attributes for Success:

- US Federal and / or State Tax Return Preparation

- Sound understanding of Tax and Accounting

- Business and Corporate Tax Return Preparation (Form 1120, 1120C, 1120S, 1065)

- Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to supervisors.

- Tax compliance and technical research

- Should have good leadership quality and team building capability.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience in a tax accountant or public accountant role

- Advance Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

- Knowledge of tax accounting and all types of tax returns

- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills

- Analytical skills

- Familiarity with U.S. Federal, State and Local reporting requirements

- Ability to work well in individual capacity with Seniors and Managers

- BA / BS in Accounting, MBA Finance, CA Inter, CA, M.COM or similar certified degree. EA / CPA Preferred

- Advanced written and verbal communications skills

- Dedicated team player with effective leadership skills

- Integrity within a professional work environment

Software Skills : Should be trained in atleast one or more tax preparation softwares like CCH, GoSystems , K-1Getc
