Associate - Treasury Operations - Asset Management Firm - CA

A.Treasury operations

a. Fund the business operations by executing transactions via the available funding sources.

b. Monitor cash flows for effective working capital management and ensuring optimal utilization of funds. Liaison with banks for routine banking operations

c. Optimize the use of funds between the sources available including but not limited to Loan against Shares, commodities, bonds, real estate and any other asset

d. Co-ordinate with LAS providers, brokers, banks, nbfcs, other intermediaries for draw-downs

e. Ensure timely flow of funds based on asset class allocation plan

B. Financial Control functions :

a. Reconcile all the payments made within the system with group policies and authorisations

b. Prepare daily metrices for monitoring key risk parameters and flagging off risk areas to the

Top management

C. Banking :

a. Manage, Monitor & Optimize the overall Finance, Transaction charges and Interest Cost for all Banking facilities including Loan against shares, commodities, bonds and any other security and working capital.

b. Assist Top management in raising leverage from banks/NBFCs in preparation of CMAs, proposals etc

c. Ensure availability of working capital facilities & Project Financing at competitive rates at required time schedules.

d. Maintain relationship with Banks and developing new Banking relationships

D. Top Management Reporting

a. Preparation of financial MIS for the top management review

b. Assist the Top Management in decisions on organization structuring

c. Apply for licenses, permissions etc with SEBI, RBI or other regulatory authorities

Candidate Requirements:

- The candidate should be a CA with 1-3 years of experience in Treasury Operations.

- The candidate would be responsible for managing the day-to-day treasury functions activities to meet the financial obligations of the organization.

- The individual would be a critical connector across business units of the organisation while driving strategic decision making.

- S/he will be required to perform treasury activities related to banking, cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management
