Associate - Tax Structuring/Modeling - BFSI

- Opportunity to work directly with Global Head of Tax and global team to quantify tax planning decisions.

- Collaborate with various business line tax teams to prepare models or calculations, including fund tax modelling for capital raises, acquisition or disposition structuring, and impact of tax law changes.

- Devise ways to maintain ongoing quantitative analyses efficiently, such as treaty qualification, ultimate beneficial ownership, tax gain/loss tracking.

- Prepare proposed structure discussion materials for prospective investors.

- Support tax team in tracking decisions based on quantitative analysis for tax reporting and structuring purposes.

- Liaise with other functions to gather information needed for models and calculations including investment teams, corporate strategy, business development, corporate and fund accounting, and others.

- Otherwise assist with tax planning and analyses as needed.
