Additionally, you will lead strategic initiatives and programs spanning critical functions such as product management, technology, customer success, and business services. Strategy: - Collaborate with founders to craft strategic roadmaps and priorities for both short-term and long-term organizational success. Program Management: - Drive strategic initiatives and programs spanning customer success, product management, technology, and business services. - Conceptualize and lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Operations, Reporting & Governance: - Assist in establishing a robust governance framework and facilitate regular reporting to the executive team. - Support founders in monitoring OKRs and program results by function, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Contribute to performance reporting and communication to investors, board members, and executives. Desired Attributes, Experience, and Qualifications: - MBA from a tier-one school, coupled with 4-7 years of proven experience in strategy and execution. - Preferably, previous experience in strategy consulting. - Strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities. - Proactive, self-driven, and possesses a strong sense of ownership. - Collaborative team player with effective communication at all leadership levels. - Detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
