Job Purpose

- FX & Rates Business provides Corporates & Institutional Clients a platform to access the markets for treasury solutions

- Sales traders prime responsibility is to service and acquire Institutional and Corporates clients

- Develop and pitch trading strategies to clients

- To formulate and manage hedging portfolio for exporters / importers clients

- Challenging role, helping sharpen ones skill set

Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities Manage trade flows for clients

Enable dealers on trading and managing strategies

Functional Responsibilities

Client Acquisitions:

Client servicing

Trading in live markets

Developing trading & hedging strategies

Analysis of latest developments and trends

Job Requirements :

Qualifications MBA or CA

Experience 1-2 years of markets

Functional Competencies:

Sound fundamentals on markets

Good product understanding

Strong MS office skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge on trading

Behavioral Competencies:

Able to work under high stress

Quick decision making abilities

Excellent convincing power

Excellent command over languages
