Associate/Sr Associate - Strategy Consulting - Real Estate

Job Description:

Business Unit : Consulting Division (position in Gurgaon)

Position Goals :


- To tangibly contribute to the successful development of Strategic Consulting in India

- Improve the service delivery platform through quality project execution

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Engage in managing / execution of mandates relating to various real estate segments– residential, retail, office, hospitality, MICE, etc.

- Coverage to entail stand-alone developments, integrated townships, SEZs, etc.

- Expected to be involved in executing / managing feasibility studies, highest & best use mandates, business plan & product-mix formulation, duediligence exercises, corporate real estate optimization studies, location selection strategies, market intelligence reports, etc. (including formulating relevant strategic recommendations)

- Day to day tasks include aspects such as market research, interactions with various stakeholders, analysis of demand-supply dynamics, demand forecasting, financial analysis, etc. (accordingly, we expect that the candidate should be proficient in basic platforms including excel, powerpoint presentations, writing word reports, etc.)

- Role to entail coordination / working with teams to execute & manage real estate consulting projects across various cities in India

- The role would also involve client interface & coordination (depending on the profile of the candidate)

- Prepare proposals & identify business opportunities that may be tapped on

- To provide analytical and research support to the Consulting Group in India

- To become familiar with the Consulting key areas of business and actively participate in preparing materials for business development.

- Client: to achieve a high level of client satisfaction, to be defined in Performance Management in relation to minimum standards of client satisfaction.

- People: to command a high level of respect and support amongst your peers within Consulting and other business units

Employee Specifications:


- Master’s, B.Arch or B.E from reputed college


- Proven high level of initiative


- Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills


- Team managing skill
