Associate - S&OP - Digital Pet Care Platform

Designation Title: Associate - S&OP

Reporting to: S&OP Manager

Job location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Detailed job description:

- Challenge baseline forecast and consolidate weekly procurement plans

- Track and publish fill rate and negotiate with the vendors for improvement.

- Actively track the orders to ensure delivery of inventory against purchase orders.

- Update data dashboards and presenting weekly insights into performance.

- Continuously update to improve forecast accuracy of automated solutions.

- Lead projections to improve forecast accuracy, inventory availability and improvement in working capital.

Skill and Competencies:

- Strong capabilities of working with data Spreadsheets/SQL, Google Sheets for data analysis and PPT/Tableau/ Power BI for presentation of analysis.

- Prior experience in working with large data sets and statistically interpreting it from a business point of view.

- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.

- Strong ability to articulate analysis into a business story.

- Proven stakeholder management abilities.

Experience requirement:

- MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 with 2-4 years
