Associate/Senior Vice President - Regulatory Inspection

ASVP - Regulatory Inspection Department (14 to 17 years of experience, CISA or CISM certification) Candidate from Auditing Firms will be best suitable.

Responsibilities:

- Should be well versed with Auditing / Should be thorough on RCSA /ISO 27001

- Oversee the overall monitoring of the System & Cyber Profile/ department.

- Provide guidance and supervision to Deputy Managers and Senior Managers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

- Review and approve critical reports and findings.

- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.

- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify risks and vulnerabilities.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department.

- Should be excellent at preparing reports and submitting to SEBI

- BCP ( Business continuity Plan ) knowledge required

- LAMA systems-(logging and monitoring mechanisms)
