Product management sits in-between technology and new business inventions of ShopUp, a PM drives growth and operations for the company by solving critical business problems and creating new processes. Product managers here are problem solvers and executors. Product managers have principled thinking, technical depth and execution strategies. Usually, product managers lead cross functional projects to generate vision and create iterative plans for execution and help other teams to execute the proposed vision. End results of these visions are developing new technology product, features of developing a new process which drives growth or operational excellence

Responsibilities:

- Owns end to end success of a Product, Process or Business.

- Understand pain points of users and identify problems they are facing.

- Breaking down business/user problems into parts and creating iterative solutions for the problems by creating products/features/processes.

- Create a roadmap for the future products.

- Develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance operations and processes as per the company's specifications and requirements.

- Prioritize tasks for fastest output and long-term benefit.

- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including software development engineers, operation managers, finance, supply chain, leadership and merchants to implement features for roll-out.

- Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.

- Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts.

- Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience. - Assist with the investigation and root cause resolution for escalations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Education: Background in Engineering.

- Experience: Depending on the eligible role, minimum 2-6 Years' Experience in Engineering, or Product Management roles. Previous experience in software engineering is a plus.

- Knowledge of end to end warehouse storage and order fulfillment processes: Inbound, Processing, Outbound & Returns handling. Preferably worked in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Logistics/3PL industry.

- Must have used Supply Chain Metrics to measure warehouse performance.

- Hands on knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). Must have experience in system enabled order processing (SAP, WMS, OMS etc.).

- Experience using data analytics platforms is a plus.

- Experience working in B2B/B2C startups or companies will be an added advantage .
