We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HRBP with 5 years of experience in Business HR. The incumbent will be responsible for Interacting with managers and employees in their current organizations (in a reasonably high volume employee set up) to address employee attrition, engagement initiatives.
Candidate would be managing a team of 2-3 people.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for high volume sales employee to address employee attrition, engagement initiatives.
- Employee grievance and query management.
- Responsible for 1 on 1 connect with employees.
- Implementing the employee engagement plan
- Addressing attrition management issues.
- Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies
Candidate Profile :
Specifically, the candidate should have :
- MBA/PGDM from tier 1/2 college in HR or equivalent field. (Batch 2016 only)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for 5 years
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Prior experience of managing/reducing the attrition.
