Assist in writing reports summarizing findings and recommendations. 5. Develop and mentor junior staff and senior team members. Required Skills and Attributes : 1. Experience in handling financial due diligence engagements. 2. Strong analytical skills to review accounting records and interpret financial and operational results. 3. Ability to identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring. 4. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and cash flow requirements. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges. 7. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Qualifications : 1. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 2 years of experience CA/CFA and an active CPA certification. 2. Strong analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from complex data. 3. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. 4.
