Hiring for:

Associate-Valuations ( 1-3) years of experience

Sr. Associate-Valuations (3-5) Years of experience

Skill Set requires :

Valuation Services

- Business valuation

- Brand, Distribution network, IPR & Other intangible assets valuation

- Fixed assets valuation

- Financial model review Our Methodology

- Market price method

- Comparable companies multiples method

- Discounted Cash glows method

- Net assets value method

The candidate should :

- Candidates should have strong experience in Valuations.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Project management/time management

- Client relationship management

- Staff management and development/leadership abilities

- Business development

- High initiative and drive

- Maturity and ability to handle pressure

- High team orientation

- Professional appearance and poise

Preferred:

- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with the Big 4 CA firms or with reputed Investment Banks.
