Associate/ Sr Associate Transaction Advisory Services.

Job Description

Transaction advisory and strategy consulting assisting a cross section of multinational and domestic clients including private equity firms in evaluating risks and opportunities for their investments. Experience across assignments includes fund strategy, market entry, concept evaluation, business plan validation, lender evaluation, financial restructuring and financial and commercial due diligence.

Required Skills

Strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and taking individual initiative

Exposure to financial due diligence, M&A, Pitch book presentation.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Advanced skills in MS Excel / MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

Basic understanding of Project Management techniques and tools
