Designation : Recruitment Associate/ Senior Recruitment Associate/ Recruitment Specialist

Job Role :

- Evaluates applicants as per job requirements and screen applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

- Manage end to end recruitment process.

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, job portals and professional networking websites.

- Engage candidates pre & post offer process

- Using industry specific knowledge and new channel sourcing

- Connect effectively and maintain a strong work relationship with all stakeholders.

CTQ's/Requirements :

- Minimum 2 - 6 years of experience in recruitment

- Prior knowledge of hiring in Engineering domain preferably in Aerospace, Engineering (Automation & Control), Energy & Utility, Industrial Process & Control, Automotive.

- Intermediate Knowledge of MS Excel

- Good communication skills

- Must have worked in target oriented environment

- Should be willing to acquire different recruiting methods and ready to accept new challenges with a positive attitude.
