Job Purpose:

- Driving the growth and success by strategically acquiring and engaging with high-net-worth clients. This role is pivotal in enhancing client coverage and increasing the penetration of products and services through a targeted, need-based approach.

- It aims to maximize volume and revenue performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service by fostering proactive client relationships and coordinating seamlessly with internal teams.

Key Accountabilities:

- Client Acquisition and Upgrade: Target and onboard high-quality HNI/UHNI clients within branch locations, ensuring an upgrade in their service tier.

- AUM Growth and Retention: Deepen existing client relationships to enhance wallet share through effective AUM retention and growth strategies.

- Revenue and Volume Goals: Meet and exceed predetermined monthly and annual volume and revenue targets.

- e-Channel Activation and Savings Growth: Promote the use of digital banking channels and savings products among clients for improved service delivery and convenience.

- Product Strategy and Relationship Management: Execute product strategies through exemplary relationship management, ensuring an optimal mix of products per client for profitability and enhanced coverage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Acquire and nurture the elite client segment, significantly growing their AUM with a focus on clients possessing AUM of INR 10 Million and above.

- Conduct timely and comprehensive portfolio reviews in collaboration with specialists across Wealth, Investment, and Insurance domains.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services, continuously enhancing skills and expertise.

- Address customer queries and complaints swiftly, adhering to customer service policies and agreed turnaround times.

- Provide insightful feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and potential innovations to foster continuous improvement in products and services.

- Remain informed about economic and financial market dynamics to ensure meaningful conversations and advice to Treasures clients.

- Foster a collaborative working environment with peers, service teams, and product specialists to achieve collective objectives.

- Support the Line Manager and City/Cluster Head in realizing team and branch goals, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.

- Ensure rigorous internal and regulatory compliance, including due diligence during client onboarding and engagement.

- Wealth management provider in India through high-quality service and exclusive client events

Required Experience:

- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in High Net Worth Individual (HNI) Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking, preferably within the Indian market.

- A profound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.

- Preference for candidates certified by AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI, and/or BCSBI, highlighting a commitment to professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.
