Associate/Senior Associate - Real State Investment

ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE - REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

Job Description : We are recruiting an Associate / Senior Associate in the Real Estate Investments Team in GIFT City, India. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Real Estate, he/she will be responsible for assisting the senior team in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities in India, conducting real estate investment analysis and financial information analysis, building financial models, preparing investment memos and monitoring and managing investments.

Role-Specific Accountabilities :

- Analyse Real Estate Investment Opportunities

- Assist the Investment Management team in analysing, structuring, negotiating, recommending, conducting due diligence, reviewing documentation and closing new deals

- Develop financial models to analyse opportunities

- Conduct research on the property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis

Execute Real Estate Investments :

- Assist in the underwriting process of real estate investments

- Manage specific aspects of the execution of the real estate investment opportunity

- Participate in due diligence meetings with partners and external advisors

- Coordinate closing activities internally and externally

- Contribute in preparation of the investment note for the Investment committee

- Monitor Existing Real Estate Investments

- Participate in the monitoring and management of investments and perform reviews of existing investments
