Associate/Senior Associate - Project Finance - Infrastructure Sector

- Looking for Associate / Sr. Associate 3-6 years of exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure (Preferably in Roads, Renewables, Ports, Electric Vehicles, Urban Transportation etc.) & Logistics sector with in-depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects. Exposure to Project Finance deals/transactions is a MUST have

- Exposure of dealing with Infra-focused Private Equity Funds, Pension & Sovereign Funds, Multilateral funding agencies / Financial Institutions (like IFC, ADB, WB etc.), Developers & EPC Players (Domestic & MNCs).

- Educational qualification Chartered Accountant, MBA or Business degree

- In depth understanding / Research covering Infrastructure sectors from a commercial & financing point of view

- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

- Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence process

- Actively engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance Funds for closing deal

- Supporting execution of SHA/Financing documents/binding agreements and deal closure
