Associate/Senior Associate - Project Finance - CA/IIT/IIM

Transaction Delivery and Project Management :

Develop knowledge and deliver high quality work under guidance of team leads in following areas in order to meets clients' expectations on timeliness, accuracy and completeness :

1. Develop and audit high-end, complex financial models by analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation principals

2. Support in design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis

3. Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations

Client Interaction :

1. Respond to the client's changing needs and priorities under the guidance of team lead

2. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client's needs and requirements

Educational Qualification and skills required:

1. MBA in Finance from TOP B-Schools IIM/IIT OR Qualified CA

2. Relevant experience of 2-6 Years with international banks, developers / investors / fund or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an PREFFERED

3. CFA Level 3 cleared will be an asset

4. Experience in infrastructure / project finance is preferred

5. Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills

6. Ability to work under pressure

7. Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary team

8. Attention to detail
