Associate/Senior Associate/Principal Associate - Corporate Law - Law Firm - LLB/LLM

A leading full-service law firm having PAN India presence

1. Drafting general corporate and commercial contracts including but not limited to shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, term sheets, founders agreements, ESOPs, Service Agreements, NDA, MSA, software license agreements, supply agreements, Ed-tech agreements, etc.

2. Independently handle transactions pertaining to M&A, private equity, and project finance.

3. Independently handle Corporate due diligence.

4. Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, etc.

5. Must have corporate law experience in law firms

Requirements:

1. Candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years (for the associate role) and 5+ years (for the senior associate role) and 8+ years (for the principal associate role) of experience of working in the corporate law teams of law firms

2. Must have adequate exposure and experience of independently handling the responsibilities described above.

3. Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues.

4. Ability to work under pressure and complete assignments within short TATs.

5. Good interpersonal, networking skills and must be prepared to work in client-facing roles

6. Candidates applying for the Principal Associate role are required to have team management experience.
