Associate/Senior Associate - Prime Brokerage/Client Services - Investment Bank

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with the clients / technology providers and project managers via email or telephone to understand and set up connectivity relationships between Prime Brokerage and clients/ their technology providers.

- Perform various types of tests on sample trade files of Equity Trades, Equity Swaps, Repos, FX, Stock Loan and Listed Derivatives transactions.

- Communicate results and issues on a timely basis via email or telephonic conversation to the Clients, Prime Brokerage Trades & IT team in New York.

- Understand the test trade files and refine testing processes. Follow up with the internal team to fix the issues identified during trade testing.

- Develop and understand the company application to identify, isolate and quickly communicate the source of issues.

- Build and manage relationships with business and technology staff to enhance understanding and driving deliverables

- Coordinate with other Business units & Client service team to re mediate any issue with service set ups.

- Candidate is expected to leverage his/ her technical knowledge in suggesting system / process enhancement.

- Good understanding of capital markets

Qualification:

Graduation (B.Com/ M. Com/ B.M.S) with good academic record - M.B.A will be a preferred
