Desired Profile: - Candidate should be able to meet and maintain good relations with the clients - Ability to work with and lead a team and the ability to work under high-pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together. - The candidate should have experience in structuring the deal, drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents, especially in the Real Estate Sector - The candidate should have a strong understanding of legal documentation, contract laws, interpretation of statutes, security-related laws and processes, NBFC and banking regulations, SARFAESI, Companies Act and Insolvency Laws. - The role will involve working alongside the Business Teams on various on-going transactions, handling compliance, legal due diligence & documentation, providing relevant regulatory updates and support from time to time. - Should have minimum 3 years of experience in real estate diligence or investing from an NBFC/ Fund/Bank either in-house or in reputed law firms.
