Job Description: - Arbitration, corporate, commercial and tax litigation, international trade, and regulatory representation. - Having appearance and representation in various courts, drafting of pleadings such as Appeals, Writs, Petitions, Plaints, Written Statements, Opinions with respect to Taxation Law, Civil & Commercial Matters, compliance and regulatory checks . Managing commercial agreements and documentation in respect of data privacy guidelines, rendering legal advice to clients, attending client meetings and conferences, briefing Senior Advocates in Appearances before Supreme Court of India and the High Court - The candidate will be required to present himself in Tribunals, NCLT, DRT, High Courts, and Supreme Court. - Engage in legal drafting. - Conduct comprehensive legal research. - Review and Vet Contracts/Agreements and other documents. - Handling Correspondence with the existing client. - Engage in effective client counseling if and when required. - Dealing National and international clients. - Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to details.
