Associate/Senior Associate - Labour & Employment - Law Firm - LLB

Up and coming Mumbai-headquartered full service law firm has set up offices in Panjim, Goa. The partner in charge is looking for an associate or a senior associate for their pan-India Labour & Employment practice. The firm is looking for young talented lawyers with strong prior experience in Labour & Employment advisory for their team.

The role and requisites are detailed below:

1. The candidate must be qualified to practice law in India;

2. The candidate must be a self starter and must be self driven;

3. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English;

4. The candidate must have an LL.B., from an institution of repute with atleast 4 years of prior experience in either a law firm or a company of repute;

5. The role requires the candidate to provide drafting and and review support to Partners/Associate Partners of the Firm;

6. The role demands interacting with clients and external counsel across the country;

7. Candidate must have deep knowledge of the various labour codes applicable in India; and

8. Candidate with prior knowledge and exposure to litigation is preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate to experience.
