Associate/Senior Associate - Investment Management - Real Estate

Company Profile: One of the leading Real Estate Developers, headquartered in Bangalore with PAN India presence, expanding its team across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ideation, origination, and execution of transactions for the Investments and acquisitions opportunity.

- Originating deals through primary research and leveraging networks such as IPC, Banks, Investment bankers, local brokers, Wealth Managers, Institutional firms, and referrals.

- Managing end-to-end execution of deals including preparation of Pitches/IMs, Financial and Valuation Models, Structuring, Due Diligence, Documentation, Negotiations, and Landowner/institutional Investors Management.

- Working with cross-functional teams consisting of Capital Management, Development, and Asset Management teams.
