Associate/Senior Associate - Investment Banking - Financial Institution Groups

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong financial and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and geographies for clients.

- Potential buyer/target screening, Corporate Profiles / Management Bios, Benchmarking (GWP, embedded value, Coverage Ratio etc.),

- Pitch book support/ IMs, Industry studies (market landscape, trends, players, etc.), Capital structure and debt maturity analysis.

- Expert knowledge on financial databases (Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Pitchbook, Merger Market)

- Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction".

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Excel VBA knowledge is an added advantage)
