Takeovers/ Buy Backs / Delisting etc. - Liaison with various intermediaries like other Merchant Bankers Advertising Agencies, Registrars to the Issues Offer, Brokers. Banker. etc - Due diligence of the Issuer compare's viz. Business due diligence, Financial due diligence and Legal due diligence. - Co- ordination with research team with respect to valuation ns, research reports etc. - Liaison with regulatory authorities (SEBO and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE). CANDIDATE'S PROFILE & Skillls: - Hands on experience in management of Public Issues (Equity & Debt). QIP. Buy Back, FPO Rights Issue, Delisting, Open Offer, etc - Managed at least two or more issue single headedly or as an active Team member - Team Leader for at least one IPO or Buy Back or Delisting or C pen Offer or Rights Issue (anyone Orin combination with other) - Very good Business Development skill with strong customer relationship management skill. - Business Origination and additionally candidates with prior DCM & ECM related origination / execution preferable - Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good verbal and written communication. - Organized and able to meet deadlines. - Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments.
