Associate/Senior Associate - Investment Banking

- We are looking a professional with strong expertise in deal execution in the PE and M&A space

- Strong experience in financial modelling, terms sheets, presentations, information memorandum, overseeing due-diligence, documentation and deal closure

- Professional who has closed deals in this space.

- The selected candidate will also be responsible for supporting deal originating and nurturing the existing clients. This role will involve traveling for work.

- Investment banking / corporate finance / Private Equity / M&A / project finance professionals

- Relevant experience primarily in deals coverage of corporate / project lending transactions across Industrial sector

- Should be able to play a pivotal role in helping to originate business as well as to manage and nurture relationships with clients

- Should be able to lead discussions and negotiations during meetings with borrowers, investment bankers, co-lenders etc

- Excellent skills in financial modelling, preparing term sheets, presentations, information memorandum / appraisal documents

- Should have a good understanding of legal documentation with regards lending and security creation

- Responsible for end to end execution

- Track record of leading teams in deal evaluation, closure and monitoring

- Extremely strong with numbers and good with investment banking process

- Ensuring work is done on time and accurately
