Associate/Senior Associate - Investment Banking

1. To assist as part of a larger team in terms of due diligence, documentation, processing & financial and statistical analysis

2. To assist in financial analysis and modeling, drafting, company and industry research

3. Assist in the complete execution process on CF transactions. like - Project planning, Highlighting Risks on Key Deal Issues, Project Tracking & Client Interactions

Track Industry on:

- Regulation changes

- Competitor Announcements & Results

- Provide updated alerts to supervisor

- Call reports/meeting notes

4. Preparing client presentations and general support in all aspects of buy and sell-side transaction execution.

5. Assist in the documentation keeping in mind - due diligence, collection, collation and analysis of client information, Financial Implications, Regulatory Implications

6. Conduct multiple party interaction to ensure client information collection is accurate and timely

7. Help with risk analysis, planning, providing timelines, keeping track of the milestones. Preparation of information memorandum. Draft term sheets. Provide comments on Share Purchase Agreements / SHA / MOU

8. Take initiative to organize and participate in ideation session/meetings - Research & further develop the ideas generated during these sessions

9. Coordination with various participants & advisors
