Associate/Senior Associate - Human Resources - Hospitality & Lifestyle Retail

Currently hiring for a level headed, dynamic and passionate HR associate for a reputed brand in hospitality and lifestyle retail.

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Reporting: Head of Human Resources and Training

The incumbent will be a part of the Human Resources team with primary focus on reshaping HR practice in the organization.

Key desirable:

1. A relevant experience of 06 months to 03 years. (Freshers can apply as well)

2. A degree in management from a B school. A graduate degree in Commerce will be a big plus.

3. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple assignments at a time

4. Flair for people practice.

Key Responsibility Areas:

a) Recruitment: Prepare and take approval for salary structure and issuance of offer letter of the selected candidates. Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued. Induction to be given on the joining of the employee.

b) Compensation & Benefits: Compiling monthly MIS to be sent to HR Head and Finance Head. Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. Perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for salary advances.

c) HR Administration: Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.

d) HR Management: Handling employee inquiries & grievances. Manage employee relations and ensuring high satisfaction and motivation levels by various activities and training.

e) Partner with Business: Partner with leadership to devise, implement and lead HR strategy and operations.
