Associate/Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence - Big4 - CA

Essentials:

- Must have strong knowledge of auditing & accounting standards,

- Must be well-versed with Ind AS (especially Ind AS 109)

- Should have handled statutory audit assignments earlier,

- Must have an analytical mind to comprehend the intricacies of financial transactions,

- Efficient with MS Office especially in the use of MS Excel,

- Should be good at articulation and in-depth analysis,

- Strong verbal and communication skills,

- Clarity of thoughts and assertive,

- Should be a team player with a proactive & result oriented approach

- Ability to meet deadlines.

Job Role :

- Perform audit procedures in accordance with the standards and methodology with high quality of documentation

- Identifying accounting & auditing issues; discuss with audit in-charge to solve issues that arise,

- Identifying improvements to control systems and procedures

- Assist the seniors in reviewing & checking the financial statements & preparation of the audit report, management representation letter.
