Associate / Senior Associate - ECM Execution

Job Responsibilities :

- Good understanding of regulations (Companies Act, ICDR, LoDR etc)

- Hands on experience of working on live mandates. Experience of Buybacks preferred

- Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations

- Assist in preparing relevant sections of pitch/credential book

- Assist in drafting, documentation and liasoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc.

- The position involves supporting the execution team and coverage bankers

Organizational Relationships:

- Investment banking team Skills

- MS excel and MS power point

- Strong financial and analytical skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team oriented environment

Qualification - B.com with CA/ CS

Experience - 5 years in ECM execution
