Job Responsibilities : - Candidates should be ONLY from Tier 1 &amp; 2 Law Firms - Experience in doing diligence, first drafts of transaction documents - Analyze financial and operational results of the target company through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. - Examine historical trends and discuss significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods - Assist in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination - Identify post-acquisition steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements - Assist clients in identifying pre and post-acquisition transaction issues - Identify new business opportunities and developing long-term business relationships - Managing and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing process - Assisting the Practice Leader in overall practice management Candidate Profile : - Ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at all levels - Autonomy and ability to run multiple projects at the same time - Project management
