Associate / Sr Associate role in Direct Tax Litigation team

- Assistance in strategizing tax litigation.

- Assistance in representations before the AO, TPO,CIT(A), DRP and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).

- Holds knowledge of Direct taxation covering litigation

- Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities in the appropriate syntax

- Representing clients before the tax authorities like AOs, CIT (A), ITAT etc.

- Passion to work in direct tax field. Good understanding of tax laws.

- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to liaise at all levels). Ability to communicate and interact with clients

Qualification : CA can only apply to this job

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Direct tax practice, mainly in handling litigation matters.

Location : Delhi. Please note candidates from other states/cities other than Delhi are not eligible.
