Associate/Senior Associate - Deal Advisory - Public Accounting Firm

As Associate/ Senior Associate, your day-to-day role and responsibility would be as follows:

- Performing advanced financial analysis in terms of historical performance, and forecast performance to understand underlying drivers of business's performance.

- Identifying deal issues, in terms of Quality of Earnings adjustments, and EV-Equity bridge adjustments.

- Critically reviewing sell side VDD reports, and identifying questions and missing analysis/ information.

- Reviewing work of analysts and Associates.

- Recruiting, training and mentoring team members in the organization and the work.

- Supporting with business development opportunities.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Relevant external audit experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in the field of financial planning and analysis and statutory accounting.

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong working knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added value.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong drive to take new initiatives and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.

- Willingness to travel internationally, when necessary.
