RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

- Evaluating and attaining closure on various real estate investment opportunities

- Investment structuring and documentation

- Managing client relationships from origination to exit along with sourcing of new business for select geographies

- Supporting the Relationship Manager in generating revenue and contribute to Market Share Improvement / New Clients

- Credit analysis of real estate development funding proposals for projects across India

- Understand client requirements and provide suggestions/ideas/product information henceforth developing opportunities to source business

- Ensures Data upkeep, organization & safekeeping, for the following needs- commercials, confidentiality, organizations, regulatory and communication

- Supporting the Relationship Manager for originating business for the Sector.

- Display Market Intelligence of that Sector. Keep upto date and abreast with trends and deals in the Sector. Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Complete understanding of the real estate space

- Analytical & Quantitative skills - Displays financial modeling and data crunching skills to the desired level. Has the ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data to help make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business and the project team.

- Relationships with developers / promoters. Relates well with clients at appropriate levels and establishes good working relationships where appropriate.
