Associate/Senior Associate (CEO Office)- Impact Fund

- 2 to 7 Years of experience in a consulting/ea to CEO/ea to coo/ CEO office roles

- Traveling extensively and shadowing CEO and pushing their thinking and solid documentation, note-taking, and strategic viewpoints

- Location ; Bangalore

- Open to work and executing projects across marketing, programs, strategy, and operations

- CTC Range wrt experience can range in the band of 14 to 28 LPA

You are the right candidate if :

- You have a learning mentality and get up to speed quickly on many things

- You are a strong problem-solver comfortable working with ambiguity and peeling the layers

- You understand business and are analytical, research-based.

- You are open-minded and coachable

- You can dive deep "in the weeds" on the business side

- You fill pieces of the story together to help CEO come to decisions with cultural/management issues

- You also have strong EQ & project management skills

- You can build relationships really well across the organization and externally

- You connect the dots between teams and team members with ease

- You ensure that teams have the info that they need, ensure that action items that come out of any events get executed upon

- You are comfortable with being the center without having a lot of ego in it. While you're like the spoke of the wheel, it's not about you. You're the problem-solver and the person that can create success for others.

- You are excited to make others successful in the sense that you're giving them info for a meeting to give the CEO what he needs

- You do a lot of due diligence and lookout for the best interests of teams
