Associate/Senior Associate - Category Chief of Staff - Startup

Role: Category Chief of Staff.

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Plan the business.

- Continuously review performance vs.plan.

- Problem solve on and drive critical programs/projects with direct implications to P&L across x-functional stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- 2+ years experience in consulting with extensive 1st principles problem-solving.

- Worked on at least 2 high-velocity projects including client/stakeholder alignment and execution.

- Designation - Associate/Sr. Associate.

- Problem solved and managed implementation across multiple workstreams in a high-velocity environment involving internal and external stakeholders.

- Program managed execution delivery with clients.

- Used analytics for hypothesis validation and insights.

- Driven x-functional buy-in for running and scaling initiatives.

- Open to work in Start-up.
