Our client is a reputed MNC bank having strong presence across Asia.  Role:  - Own and manage the Management Associate (MA) Program. Continuously improve the MA program to create a campus brand which rivals the best management training programs in the country  - The Endeavor of the Program is to develop talent from Campus (Summer internship), groom them during 2 years of Management Associate Program. Ensure the brightest individuals are inducted into bank through simple and effective processes  - Partner with senior business leaders to identify enriching/ challenging projects for Management Associates and ensure grooming of talent through careful planning of stints.  - Responsible for managing the summer internship program from end to end including identifying & mapping projects for interns, maintaining contact post-hiring for smooth induction on first day, and conducting mid-review and final evaluation with PPO  - Work with internal and external stakeholders and MA steering committee to make sure the MA program identifies and develops resources which create value in bank during and after the two-year training program  - Develop and communicate metrics to stakeholders regarding progress of short term and long term achievement of MA program. Recommend and implement changes as required  - Be the first point of contact for addressing concerns of MAs and summer interns  Ideal Candidate :  - Post graduate Degree from a tier 1 /2 institute with a minimum of 4-10 years of work experience and 2-3 years in campus management and building talent/ management trainee programs  - Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management  - Demonstrated success in developing strategy, driving process improvement and effective partnering to lead critical business change  - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted-
