About the Fund: - Launched in 2020 - Sector: Sector Agnostic ( Technology at the core) - Healthtech, ConsumerTech, Fintech, Agritech, SaaS, Gaming, Defense,E-Surveillance etc. - Type of Investments : Seed Capital, Pre Series &amp; Series A - Ticket Size : INR 50 L to INR 15 Crs - No of Investments made : 5+ across multiple sectors - Geography : Agnostic ( India will remain as a prime focus) About the role: - Designation : Associate/ Sr. Associate/ AVP/ Principal Committed and enthusiastic individual to head the entire life cycle of the deal from origination to closure. Role Wt Age - Deal Sourcing 10% - Deal Evaluation 45% - Deal Execution 5% - Portfolio Management 20% - Communication 5% - Brand Building 5% - Business Updates 10% Total 100% Qualifications:- - Experience of 2-8 years in PE/VC, with at least 3+ transactions, closed end to end with direct responsibility; - Exposure to standard investing terms and conditions, due diligence and deal documentation; - BE/B.Tech / MBA from Tier-1 Institute; - Good knowledge of investing environment/market in India; - Ability to work independently and in an unstructured environment; - Self-motivated and ability to operate independently from remote location; - Open to Travel (as part of regular business needs); - Remuneration:- - Fixed Salary - Variable Salary (Guaranteed Bonus) - Variable: Minority Carry structure at the fund team level (Ranging from 10 bps to 50 bps per team member).
