About Our Client  Our client is one of the world's largest private equity firms, with an AUM of over USD 100 Bn.  Job Description  Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for:   1.Reviewing and tracking Board agenda for all SPVs i.e. submission of board documentation, minutes and ensuring procedures and compliance is followed  2.Reviewing monthly reporting from investee companies, coordinating and ensuring timely filing of internal reports and other submissions by Asset Managers (AM) and JV Partners  3.Assisting AMs in exercises such as annual budgets, valuations by external agencies and coordinating with JV partners  4.Assisting Investment Managers in deal evaluation and due diligence by coordinating with bankers, counter parties and external advisors  5.Carrying out primary and secondary research from databases like JLL REIS, Propstack analysts' reports from brokerages, Tracking deal flows and maintaining deal database  6.Preparing minutes of board meetings and internal meetings such as India deal review meetings; assisting the AM in review and follow up with partners  The Successful Applicant  You will be a CS/ Law graduate, preferably with a degree in finance and 6-9 years of total experience.
